What areas does we deliver to?

Consolidation pick-up service is available to businesses in Nairobi and its environs with deliveries to all major towns across Kenya.

How much do we charge for transport?

Consolidation rates vary depending on the nature of the items being moved, their weights, volumes, and destinations. Bulk prices vary depending on the size of the truck required and the destination. We also accommodate labour service, where requested.

 How long do we take to deliver?

Consolidation deliveries are done within 48 hours to major towns and within 72 hours to the farther locations.

In-country bulk deliveries typically take up to 24 hours, depending upon the location. Cross-border bulk deliveries take two days or longer, depending upon customs.

How do we handle delivery paperwork?

Delivery notes are signed, stamped, and returned to our customers within seven days of delivery.

 How do we handle returns?

We collects returns once authorised by the customer to do so. Returns resulting from in-transit damages are not charged to the customer. All other returns are charged to the customer as reverse logistics. Returns are delivered to the shipper within seven days.

What if my LPO has expired?

If your LPO has expired, we will work with your team and your customer to extend it. We do everything to avoid missed deliveries.

What goods don’t we move?

We do not move alcohol, tobacco, hazardous materials, clinker, and fuel. For high liability items such as sugar and fertilizer, our team will work with you to see what we can move.

Are we Insured?

Yes. We have Carrier’s Liability insurance that covers customers whose goods are under our care. We also offer additional insurance for goods valued beyond our liability limit. Full truckloads are insured up to Ksh. 1,500,000 per truck. Consolidated items are insured at varied rates.
